Why Paladin?

Paladins are often defined as “knights for a cause”. For most of my adult life, that cause has been sharing the joy of improvisation with others through performing, teaching, and designing. I’ve spent over 37 years performing and teaching this art form around the world. I’ve spent thousands of hours in boardrooms, barrooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and classrooms and worked with individuals from all walks of life who are looking for empowerment through improv.

I truly believe that every person in the world can benefit from learning to think and act a little more like an improviser. I also believe that many of the key concepts and beliefs of improvisation – Support, Agile Thinking, Awareness, Resilience, and other skills that are indispensable in both work and life.

Thinking like an improviser can make you better at virtually anything you do.

And I’m here to show you how.
